Click on the icon for Eudora Pro, it is usually located on the start menu, or your desktop.
Locate the settings tab, located under the mail boxes ( bottom left of the Eudora window ) click on the person ( far right on, under mail boxes )
This will bring up the Account Settings box. Choose 'Create a brand new e-mail account' from the list and click Next.
At the first screen of the connection wizard you are prompted for a ' Personality Name ' this is the name of your email account ( not related to your email ) so that if you had more that one account you know what account this personality refers to. We recommend that you use your company name. Click next to continue.
This screen on the connection wizard is where you enter your ' Personal Name ' please enter your name as you would like it to appear in the ' From ' field of your outgoing messages. Click next to continue.
At this screen you are prompted to enter your E-Mail address, please choose an address to use, e.g. sales@yourname.co.nz ( pick an address that you will most likely print on business cards etc, note any alias will be collected through the main account ) click next to continue.
On this screen you need to enter your user name, e.g. you@yourname.co.nz click Next to continue
On this screen you need to enter your ' Incoming E-Mail Server ' enter mail.yourname.co.nz, please also make sure POP is selected.
On this screen you need to enter your ' Outgoing E-Mail Server ' enter mail.yourname.co.nz.
Note that with some ISP's, including Xtra, you will have to use your ISP's outgoing mail server (e.g. smtp.xtra.co.nz) because they will not allow connections to other servers on the SMTP port.
Success, you have completed the setup process for this account, please click finish to create the new account.
The first time you check your email, you will need to enter your password, enter your password and click OK.
You can now use Eudora to send and receive email from your Freeparking web hosting account.
