Please replace yourname.co.nz with your own domain name.
Open Mail, from the Dock or from the Applications folder.
If the "Welcome to Mail" assistant does not appear, choose Add Account from the File menu.
Enter your Name, Email Address, and Password. These details can be found in the setup email sent to you when the hosting was set up. If you do not know these details please email support@freeparking.co.nz and ask for them to be sent to you.
Deselect "Automatically set up account" if it is enabled. Click Continue.
Choose the Account Type 'pop' or 'pop3'.
Name your account something you will recognise ie. "yourname.co.nz email account". You can choose anything.
Enter your Incoming Mail Server (mail.yourname.co.nz), Username and Password. Click Continue.
You may be asked for your Incoming Mail Security settings. If so Click Continue.
Add a reference name for your Outgoing Mail Server, it is again best to use a useful description such as "yourname.co.nz Outgoing Mail Server". You can choose anything.
Enter the Outgoing Mail Server details. Outgoing server: mail.yourname.co.nz Port: 2525
Select "Use Authentication" and enter your Username and Password. Click Continue.
Select "Take account online". Select "Create".
